Shipping/Returns

Jennys Cute Store's postage & packaging rates start from just £2.25 within the UK . Unfortunately I no longer ship internationally.

All orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of received cleared payment. Please allow 7-10 days before making enquiries about your order.

UK postage rates via Royal Mail:

Recorded delivery up to £10 - £2.25

up to £20 - £3.45

up to £30 - £4.15

up to £40 - £4.35

up to £60 - £4.90

over £60 - £4.90

(Customers please be aware that P & P charges include not only the cost of the actual postage rate, but also the cost of a car trip to the post office & packaging/envelopes).

Payment methods

Customers within the UK can pay safely and quickly using Paypal - you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this method. We also accept payments through Google checkout (to learn more about Google Checkout, visit http://checkout.google.co.uk.) or by personal cheque/postal order. During the checkout process , you will be asked to select a 'Pay by post' or 'Pay by Paypal or Google' button. Simply make your choice and follow the instructions.
Note: Please do not send cash as I cannot be held responsible if your money gets lost in transit.

Please make your UK cheques/postal orders payable to Jennifer Lau. Your parcel will be posted as soon as payment has been posted to Jenny's Cute Store and is cleared. This will take slightly longer than Paypal or Google checkout.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are requested to contact us as soon as possible by email. The item should be returned in it's original condition wihin 14 days and we will refund the total cost minus the postage charge. When returning goods it is your responsibility to use a recorded service that requires a signature upon receipt. Please quote all your contact (name , address, email ) & order details plus the reason for return.

Under the terms of the distance selling regulations, you also have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your order. During this time you can change your mind and cancel your entire order with us. You must contact us inside the 7 day period, via email or written letter to let us know that you want to cancel your order. When we receive all the goods back, we will be able to issue you with a refund.
